Mandela Day

Lighthouse's tradition is it to collect trash from the whole town and therefore do something good for the community. Together with children who want to participate, we go around town and collect plastic and other waste and carry it to a dumping ground a few miles away from Paterson. We want to show the kids what damage plastic is causing and what consequences it has not throwing waste away properly.
